These are the simple steps to follow to get your amp repaired:

1. Use a link below or top level menu to contact us about your amp problem. The more information you provide, the easier for us will be to provide you with initial repair estimate.
   
   In 24 hours we will email you our response, indicating whether or not we can repair your amp and what will be an approximate repair cost. Please, be advised that without having your amp on the bench we won't be able to provide precise estimate, so actual repair cost can be slightly different.
   
   
2. If you agree with estimate, you carefully pack your amp and mail it to DaAmps LLC. Please take your time while packaging it to avoid damage in transit and please buy an insurance from carrier. We would recommend shipping with FedEx or UPS.
   
   We will notify you immediately when we receive your amp and when our technician will examine it. At that point we will email you with exact repair price, and if you agree with it - we will proceed with the repair. You you don't agree - you will be responsible for shipping charges to send the amp back to you.
   
   
3. After repair is completed and the amp is load tested to meet manufacturer specs, we will send you an invoice to pay for the repair. Amp will be shipped back to you after we receive a cleared payment. Unpaid for more then 60 days amps will become a property of DaAmps and will be auctioned to the highest bidder.
